Marantz AV Surround Receiver NR1604 Setup

I have had the above receiver for a number of years and am happy with its performance. But there are a couple of elements that have not been setup, Zone2 and Network. The Zone2 speakers are installed in the living room with the main 5 speakers in the entertainment room. There is also a set of 4 switches with audio cable connected to them that I don't know what they do. I'd like the zone2 and network setup and an explanation of the use of the 4 switches.
