Fix for polarity fault for two plugs in house
Job description
We're moving into a new house and the builders report tested and found a polarity fault in the two plugs in the master bedroom. We move in on the 1st of June, so would like to have someone come out on the 1st of June in the afternoon or 2nd of June anytime if possible. Note from the report: "We use a "Protech QP 2004 power point and earth leakage tester to check available and accessible plug sockets. This Power Outlet Tester Plug assesses the safety of installed main sockets and earth voltages, and identifies dangerous electrical installations. One issue was found during the inspection. A polarity fault was found to both plugs in the mater bedroom. This may mean that the neutral wire is connected to where the hot wire should be, or it is missing the earth wire. This could result in a shock if the appliance is mishandled A qualified electrician should be appointed to further investigate the fault"
