Bathroom extractor fan replacement

My bathroom extractor fan (see photos) isn't going. Also I've had my shower hot water changed to mains pressure so a lot of steam is generated. Maybe replace rather than repair? It doesn't have to be in the same location if another option is easier. This afternoon --- onwards I'll be home but I'm going away Thursday. If you are able to email me a cost estimate today that would be great. I'm thinking of getting the job done next week on Wednesday or the following Wednesday. Clair
