residential. tidying up a few issues that have appeared over the years. Needs replacing: 3x outdoor bulkhead 1x outdoor motion sensor 1x hard wired outdoor rope light power supply into existing jbox. 2x inside downlights (low profile) for ensuite 2x inside non-working double sockets 1x bathroom heater for ensuite all pre-wired. 2 outside lighting circuits not working for unknown reason. none of the new hardware purchased (except rope light) yet. All new lamps should be LED I can source if needed. 1970s house. some of the inside work is up stairs. the outside work is around 2.5m high max. need a quote for supply (optional) and install plus any underlying repairs please (e.g. outdoor circuit). All the solar lights that are in the photos will be taken down first and aren’t related.
