Install bathroom fan in sleepout for Healthy Homes compliance
Job description
I need an extractor fan installed into my sleepout so that I will be able to meet Healthy Homes compliance standard. Need job completed by 17 March for tax purposes ideally. Tenanted property so I will need to give notice to tenants regarding access for quote but I have a good relationship with them and they know the work needs to be done so will be easy to liase with them. Photos are of outside of sleepout and the area above the shower in the bathroom. Bathroom is the right side window in the outside photo.
