Lights not working
Job description
Repairs must be completed by19 Feb as house is going on the market. There are 4 lights attached to one switch. when turned on occasionally it flashes light then disappears. When working previously some of the bulbs did not work. One fixture will not hold the shade. Honestly no idea how to repair this and need help from an expert. Attached are photos to assist. Estimator indicated may be wrong - will take your advice.

Andrew did an excellent job. He anticipated our needs and brought extra fixtures/bulbs to make sure he could solve the problem there and then. He even took away the old bulbs to be recycled. Great service by a friendly guy. Would highly recommend Andrew for future work. :-)
