New extension

Wire up a new switch board connect to meter box and certify newly installed wiring, powerpoints which have been installed by home-owner. Unable to contact previous electrician who was going to provide CoC. So I need someone who can test and provide CoC for the new wiring and complete the switch board, kitchen instalation and connection to mains.

Although Mike from Raymic was unable to complete the work due to the lack of a CoC for the existing wiring he did provide some excellent advice which he provided at no charge. Thank Mike. I'm still looking for a way out of this electrical 'black hole'
