Electrical Repairs

I require a number of small electrical repairs to be carried out at my home 1) Repair three down-lights in living room. The wire into the holders appear frayed. Possibly replace the wires 2) Repair outside light 3) Connect a light fitting in the back bedroom. 4) Repair the bathroom light. One of the lamps in the three lamp unit shorts all the time.
