Wish to have a bathroom extractor fan installed in second story bathroom. Property has easy access to roof space via manhole in hall. Bathroom is in centre of upstairs floor, I suspect that the only viable option for the outlet is too vent out through the gable wall above the second story window on the northern side on unit (see location of neighbours vent in second photo). Cladding is plaster over a cavity system, so easy to cut a hole but need to consider weatherproofing, height etc. In a perfect world I think fan would be connected to bathroom light circuit with a delayed start and extended end after switch activated but open to discussions about this. Some flexibility with date & time for install.

Very quick to respond to listing, turned up on time (early in fact), very tidy and efficient on site. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
