Installing 15amp socket

I require a sparky to install a 15amp socket in my garage, next to current fuse box, so that I can run a table saw. I have already asked 2 different electrictians, who both say it is possible with the current setup. (they couldnt fit in the work for at least 2 weeks.)I am looking for someone who can do this job ASAP.
