Electrical repairs - shorted switch

We are looking for a highly reputable company or individual to provide electrical services at our home. On turning on the outdoor lights last week the light switch began crackling and smoking. We believe that water has gotten into one of the LED lights in the garden outside (this had been flickering) and shorted the circuit. Please provide estimates where possible and info on charge rates. We are available most weekdays and evenings for the work to be conducted. Thanks
