Electrical job: lighting and fixtures, wiring

We are replacing our large old recessed lighting and light fixtures with modern ones. There are approximately 30 replacement recessed lights, 16 light fixtures and 6 external fixtures to replace. There is also an exhaust fan, heater unit, 2 exhaust fans, 3 towel warmers to replace. New wiring for 1 A/V location (digital, electrical connection through roof across the room) and an additional 30 new recessed lights (near ones that already exist, on the same circuits) and approximately 8 dimmers.
