Install 6 bar heated towel rail - current rail not heated

We would like electrician to install if suitable the Fabia 6 bar heated towel rail to replace our current non heated towel rail. The only difference in dimensions is new one is 50mm wider at 500mm vs 450mm for current one. Other dimensions are same. We would like a switch installed so we can turn it off and on. Photos of current non heated towel rail and boxed planned fabia towel rail are below. Would ideally have installed sometime between 9am and 2.30pm any week day. I would like a quote for having it installed and confirmation that planned heay towel rail is suitable for the space/specifications then I will buy it Thanks
