Our electricity bill shows no night rate being used. Contacted Nova who said If you are wanting to connect to the Night meter you will need to get an electrician to wire your preffered appliances to that particular meter. There is no way I want to connect each individual appliance I am on gas hot water Is there something on the meter that needs to be switched on so ALL power from 11pm to 6am will be charged at night rates?
