Swap telephone plug for ethernet

Title says it all really. Two cat5 cables come out of the comms cabinet one linked to the phone system one (above) to the ethernet (below). Want the telephone one moved over to the ethernet system. On the other end swap out the current plate that has one of each for one that has two ethernet.
