We need our bathroom extractor fan/heat lamp unit replaced. The heat lamps and light still work but the extractor fan does not, so I assume that the wiring/power to the unit is fine and it's just the unit itself that needs to be replaced. I do not know the exact size of the cutout for the unit but it looks to be around 300x300mm.
