move light switch 15cm, mount on block

We need a light switch moved next to a door, about 15cm, and it will need to be mounted on a block. Check out the picture for details, it's to move left about 15cm. If it's possible to be done easily, there's also a socket to be moved in the same way, but it is further away from the door. We're expecting this to be a quick job. We'd like it done early Tuesday afternoon. Please let me know your hourly rate. Thanks
