Garage - Wiring covered, Outdoor box and electrical certificate

Looking for a certified and registered electrician that can check and fix our wiring in the garage and give us an electrical certificate for our garage. We are aware a few things will need to be fixed before a certificate can be issued, such as covering the wires and putting in an outdoor box to protect mains. Also some outdoor wiring beside our tap (as per the photo) need fixing. Please send us your hourly rate, or your availability if you can come and give us a quote for undertaking the work. Thanks
