2 x outdoor sensor lights and 1 bathroom heater to remove / replace

We have two outdoor sensor lights (one on the front of the garage, one on the house soffit) and one bathroom heater (pull cord style - unfortunately the cord snapped off) which we need disconnected and removed and new units installed. One of the sensor lights is on the front of the garage, and one is attached to the soffit of the house. The bathroom heater is a pull cord type (the old one's cord snapped off!) Photos show the current installations and the new items in their boxes ready to go. We would like the job done within the next two weeks if possible, ideally on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or weekend day.
