Floor/ceiling hole drilling for fibre cabling

Hey folks - I apologise for the vague job and potentially incorrect category - it's a bit of an odd job and I'm not too sure what sort of person is best equipped to handle it. But basically - we need a hole drilled in our floor, and that's it. We're having fibre installed and the contractor's insurance doesn't cover any floor drilling, so we have to have this bit done by a third party. So you will need a drill long enough to go through a floor into the ceiling of our garage, and preferably experience with this sort of task. Timing is flexible but ASAP preferred.
