TV mounting + power point and coaxial cable

Hello, We have purchased a house and want to wall mount a TV. The wall is wood panelled, and there should be studs behind it. There is also a power point on this wall, but it will need to be daisy-chained to provide another power point behind the TV. The coaxial cable currently comes out in the corner of the room, and will need to be re-routed to the location of the TV. We are happy to supply the TV mount. We take possession of the house on the 14th of December, so anytime from then to Christmas would be ideal. Thank you
