Minor Electrical Work - Casebrook

I need an electrician to attend to a couple of minor electrical jobs at a house in Casebrook. The job is question is to; - install a double wall outlet on a wall in the laundry area above the existing shelf. - replace existing light in the dinning area with a new "2xled brushed nickel spotlight" replacement. - swap two led lights between the lounge and kitchen areas so that the "warm" led lights are in the lounge and the cool white led lights are in the kitchen. The two photos attached show the existing dining light, the replacement, and the wall outlet to be installed in the laundry. Nb. All parts are already on site.
