Bathroom lights, power points and wall switch

I want to get a quote for installing a wall light in the bathroom, I will supply the light. also I would like to replace one power points and the switch for the oven and stove. The wall beside the power point has a small hole, instead of having it patched, I was wondering it can be cover behind the cover. Would like to know my options. I can update some photos tomorrow
