New plugs

Need a double power point installed in the bathroom. There is already some sort of power point there but not what we want. Need help doing something with a TV aerial cable. Puppy keeps chewing on it. Either remove or put out of sight somehow. Also thinking about getting heated towel rack in bathroom. No plugs on wall that we want but light switch about 1 meter above. See attached photos.
