Bathroom Extractor Fan

I want a Manrose 150mm through wall extractor kit (already purchased) installed in my bathroom. The following details give a more thorough picture: - Wall is gib interior and weatherboard exterior - No ceiling crawl-space - Currently 3 switches for the lights in the room, on the opposite wall to where the fan will go - Would like the fan to be on a timer so that it runs for 10-20 mins after the fan has been switched off We could go either way of having an individual switch for the fan or set the fan so that it goes on when the main lights are switched on. Whatever is cheaper and/or less ugly.
