Hi, a couple of jobs needed at our rental property: - Change two pendant lights in the kitchen for button lights. I have the new fittings. - Fix a socket in the hallway that's "hanging out" to quote the tenant! - Fix a socket in the garage room/sleepout (wiring only 2-3 years old). To quote another tenant: "one of the plugs on the wall in my room has melted from an electrical spark." Yikes.
