install heated towel rail and outside sensor light

Have a heated towel rail that needs to be attached to wall and hard wired (connection already installed in wall ready) We ahve a broken outside sensor light that needs replacing, havent yet purchased one so would need electrician to pick it up for us. We are not far from couplands bakery in hornby.
