Lighting Installation

Hi, I need this job done on a weekend only as I work business hours. Job needs to be done after the 21st July as that is my next pay day. I have six light fittings that have cords hanging from them and need them to be replaced with standard batten fittings (tradesman to supply). I also need a security light at the back door checked and repaired or replaced as the bulbs flash a few minutes after turning the light on, possibly bad wiring in it (I will supply the new light fitting). Also an aerial cord to the TV needs the plug replaced (not sure if male or female).
