There are 3 jobs that we need to be done within the house. The first job: A light switch in the lounge (that powers 4 ceiling drop-down lights) is making a fizzing/crackling noise when turned on and the lightbulbs are flickering once on. Second job: two new power-points to be installed in two separate rooms in the house. Third job: the exterior sensor lights in the front of the property are faulty and need to be looked at. I am at the property for the next two and a half weeks and would like to get these jobs completed during this timeframe if at all possible. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
