New bathroom

I have a 9mx6m coloursteel garage which I would like to install a bathroom in. I would like 2 options: 1) Small extension on the existing building to house toilet, shower, washing machine. 2) Internal partition to house toilet, washing machine and shower. Please note that the existing building does not have any existing plumbing or mains electricity connection. We would like the hot water provided by 9kg gas bottle and califront. Sewage supply will be via a Septic Tank - we are currently applying for Resource Consent for this. The site is out of town (Birdlings Flat), so please allow for travel. Although I am just after quotes at the moment, please only contact if you are available to do this work as soon as Building Consent is granted: project must be completed by mid-June (there is a baby on the way that will need the washing machine!)
