Hi there. We have old emerson downlights in our lounge and one the fittings has broken (the metal piece the bulb screws into has come out). We're looking for someone to either repair the fitting (ideal) or worst case replace all four light fittings with new fittings as we can't buy a replacement fitting as they no longer exist. Can anyone provide a quote for what this would cost? Thanks, Olivia
Two under-cupboard fluorescent light fittings in kitchen are faulty. One may just be needing a new tube but the other needs an expert's attention - maybe just the starter? Light fittings are concealed from view, so a second hand replacement would be acceptable. Small job for my ageing mother - help please!

I want to install exhaust fans in my kitchen and toilet. Both of them would need to be installed in the glass windows as there is no other space available.
