Outdoor power socket

I need an outdoor power socket for my gas water heater. The power cable currently runs through the window, but I'm having that replaced in mid April. The house has a modern switchboard with RCD. There are a couple of close (but not close enough) sockets (one internal, one external) that I hope you can extend from. Sketched lines on photo - red circle is approximate location of an internal power point, and blue line and box my suggested route of conduit and power socket.
