New Ceramic Hob and installation / Outlet repair

Hello - I have cracked Cermaic cooktop that my tenants have damaged, I have an open insurance claim for it but require an electrician to both quote me for a new cooktop, for the installation and then to do the work as soon as possible. I am happy to shop for the replacement cooktop but thought it might be easier for a tradesperson to deal with it. I also have an electrical 10amp outlet thats come a little loose from the wall so this needs to be repaired. Pics attached I'd love to hear from someone as soon as possible please.
