TV Mount + Recessed cabling (potential soundbar install as well)

TV Is LG C3 OLED. I am wanting a recessed entertainment box or something similar to hide cables. I attached a photo of the house without GIB and you can see there are nogs. I am wanting a HDMI faceplate down the bottom (currently there is a 2x power points behind the cabinet) I can supply the entertainment box if required. I am wanting a slimeline bracket and it be as flat as possible. I don't want it to be sagging or leaning over. Looking for a expert. Thanks Thanks
