"Job was an easy light fitting replacement at first, upon testing I found faults. The cabling was VIR (Needs replacing ASAP) feeding out of the switchboard and the RCD protection had been bypassed for this circuit by previous sparkies who I believe hadn't passed this information onto the house owner.
I'm straight up with my customers about what needs to be done and this is why I believe the 4/5 workmanship and communications review isn't a 5 as it was unwelcome news."
