Install plug sockets + new laundry light

We are needing 5x new 2 plug wall sockets installed around our house. Also require a new light installed in our laundry. There is a wire currently run to the position of the old light, but this is not working, and note there is limited access to the ceiling We would also like to upgrade 2 older switches a more modern set of switches if possible.
