I have two ducted extractor fans in bathrooms which are 10+ years old and the motors have started to wear out, they need replacing. The fan units are in the ceiling space (not able to access from the bathrooms) but it is a new Fletcher built house with a full height roof space so easy to access. Sparkie will be required to procure a suitable replacement fan (x2), install and test. The old fans can be left with the owner to dispose of. Looking to get the work done in the next week or so.
