Ensuite Extractor Fan install
Job description
Ducted extract fan required for a 2x2m ensuite, which currently has nothing. We'd prefer to keep the wall heater as is for now, this room will be fully renovated within a couple of years so just need basic but decent extract that is not too noisy. Ideally would prefer the extract to be on its own switch if possible or a time delay off the lighting circuit. Ceiling access is via a large manhole in the walk through wardrobe, which is just outside the door to this room. 2 story house, so a tall ladder/scaffold required for eave access outside. I work full time from home so am pretty flexible with times to inspect if desired. Thanks.
