Install Security Cameras, Siren outside and Ethernet switch in wall

I need to install a couple of security cameras and a siren outside. This includes wiring into the rood space. I would also like to wire a new ethernet switch from an existing wall to the roof space. Additionally if possible I would like to install a PIR Sensor in the garage as well.
