faulty gate keypad (no power) and rerouting outdoor powerpoint

Two jobs here, one is a faulty outdoor keypad (Presco VR43) which has stopped working (no power indicator - stopped working after recent storm.) Also have an outdoor powerpoint that might need moving to re-route power to a hot-tub (or some other solution - like wiring in a longer power cable to the tub) . See photo - current cable too short to tuck out of the way under deck or via conduit. Shout out if you need more info/details.
