Good morning, my tenants have reported that a ceiling fitting in their apartment appears to be "rusty" and the bulb does not go into the fitting. My apartment is in the Citta building on the corner of Khyber Pass Rd and Symonds St, Grafton. Parking is under the building. I will meet you and let you in to the apartment.
