Fixed down lights and switch in bathroom

The downlights in our apartment keep blowing the bulbs and it has been suggested that there's an issue with the lead length in the ceiling. There are 15 connections in total I'll like fixed. Also the light in the bathroom has a faulty switch, it seems like a loose connection. Also have a cooking hood ducting tubing that needs replacing if you can do that too?
