Electrical Switch Repair for Lighting
Job description
Hope everyone is safe and well. We have an old dimmer switch that operated all 4 LED ceiling lights in the centre of our house and is the main source of light. The dimmer switch overheated and melted/burned out this morning and the switch has stopped working, so we are hoping a replacement can be installed. The 4 bulbs were new this year and are each 'Allume' LED R80 240V 11W. The old dimmer was an Arlec 250VAC 400VA Dimmer. There are 2 control switches, one at each end of the room, but only 1 dimmer. (Bonus points for being able to replace the old faceplate too) If you have any questions, just let me know. Many thanks, Chris.
