Have a second hand stovetop extractor fan i need to install. Needs a power point. Used the unit for 2 months at a different house. The house is single level, see pic. Unit is tenanted.

I transferred money to buy a stovetop, about $300. He is not returning my calls and jib not completed. Very disappointing. Seems like I have been scammed.
