Bathroom vent & heated towel rail
Job description
I need a bathroom ceiling extractor fan repaired (or new one installed?) and would like a heated towel rail installed - wall socket already installed but towel rail would need wiring into it. The bathroom has no windows and the extractor fan didn't work well to start with, but now it has stopped working altogether. The ducting was recently replaced (condition of sale) but the fan looks to be too small/not powerful enough even though it's a small bathroom. Ceiling vent is above a bath/shower and access to the ceiling is quite small, but crawl space is OK size once you get in there. Bathroom light and vent are on the same switch. Towel rail to be hung on wall and wired into existing socket. Assume socket works, but can't be sure as doesn't look like it's ever been used.
