LED Outdoor light not working

Hi all I am seeking a registered / Home electrician - I have an outdoor (Deck) light that's powered on from inside the house - The light doesn't come on anymore, I have opened the coverings my self as in pictures and really have no idea as I was expecting a simple bulb needed to be replaced. Working on a budge - would someone be able to check this out for me at a Reasonable price / if you could quote first if you have worked on this sort of thing before that would be great.
