1. Need to fit fixed vent of bathroom fan to the exterior wall for releasing the steam, not leave them inside the roof; 2. Cleaning the mould on ceilings, repaint the ceiling with under-coat and then coat with mould defence product 3. One of skylights’ frame may need to be resealed
