TV Aerial Cabling and Powerpoints

My property had two wall mounted tvs and various cabling installed mid wall. The previous owner was and alarm installer/electrician and had various cabling installed to run all tvs off one skybox in the hallway. I would like this excess cabling to be removed, and the holes in the gib repaired. Currently I cannot get free view, as none of the cables appear to be connect to the sky dish. So I would also like the cabling to the tv aerial (sky dish) correctly installed for the master bedroom, lounge and outdoor tv.
