Upgrade, Relocate & Install further - to a 60's Unit
Job description
Slowing upgrading house. Old wiring and old switchboard. Was holding out to rip out kitchen in 8-10months time, but as we want to but in a Highwall before winter we figure we may as well get the electrical works all done in advance of wider works. All fittings are old, most sockets are single and mostly only one per room. Several fittings are in a wall that will be removed when kitchen comes out. Job entails: Upgrade - switchboard, old wiring and all fittings to modern. All existing single sockets to be made doubles. Relocate - 2x light switches and 2x sockets off a wall to be removed Install - add additional sockets and a A/C highwall unit **note - if you wish, as the roof cavity is rather tight, I am happy to feed all the wiring so you only have to do all the terminations on ground floor** I've added photo's, notes and plans as best i could, though I'm happy to meet on site to discuss works. PLANS In the plans, there is an existing fitting plan and a preferred one. The plan with 2x walls highlighted in blue is the 'preferred' plan as these highlighted walls are to be removed (one has already been taken down)

Dane has been great to liaise with on works and the guys on the tools have been super helpful and amenable to working round us having young children in the house etc. Couldnt recommend them high enough
