Replace 29 internal down lights with LED's and dimmers

I need existing incandescent/fluro lights replaced with LEDs and wiring in a replacement heated towel rail and replacing a faulty socket. All lights are easy to reach either standing on the floor or a small step ladder may be required. I don’t want to have to plaster/repaint the ceilings so light fittings must replace the current ones. See photo’s for examples of existing lights. 1. Bedroom downlights - 4 bedrooms, one bathroom, 11 lights. Round tiltable and dimmable, will need dimmers for each room. Current lights are 140mm dia faceplate and have 60w bulbs. 2. Lounge / TV Room downlights – 2 rooms with 9 lights – “flat” and dimmable, also need dimmers for each room. Current lights are 120mm face plate and 75W bulbs. 3. Kitchen downlights – 3 lights – Tiltable would be handy, but not important. Current lights are 120mm square satin/chrome and 60W bulbs. 4. Garage – Replace 5 single batten fluros with LED battens. Current ones are 155cm long. The garage is going to be garage carpeted and could become multi-purpose so low profile "nicer" lights would be good rather than just fitting LED tubes to current units. 5. External – Replace dead dual bulb sensor light for the back deck. The previous sensor light could be set to stay on by flicking the light switch off and on so it didn't keep turning off when having a bbq, but otherwise just acted like a normal sensor light. Something like that would be good, again preferably LED and white. Supply the lights, install and elec certificate. If you need to visit just to let you know I will be away 10-14.
